WHO ARE WE?
We worked together for 20 years with Maurice’s father Bill Barratt, an evangelist with an international healing ministry in the 1950s and 1960s. Maurice was formerly an international gymnast, and apart from preaching and teaching he is also a bass guitarist & recording engineer/producer (recording and producing all of Joanna’s albums). Joanna was a professional session singer, used on Christian albums and radio and TV jingles, but now concentrates solely on singing songs which will encourage, uplift, teach scripture, or just transport the listener to a place of worship.
We are based in Manchester, England, and offer teaching on discipleship shedding light on the way to live lives which are holy and acceptable to God.
Maurice and Joanna publish Christian teaching with a radical and uncompromising edge using different media, including YouTube and Rumble channels, books and music, as well as a Facebook page to minister to the body of Christ all over the world. Recognising that many parts of the world lack finance to obtain resources that will provide much needed teaching, we are committed to distributing all our material free of charge and all original material is non-copyright.

Not Just In Church ... Maurice and Joanna have also had a wide experience of prison ministry in the UK, and devoted some of their touring itineraries to prison work. They were also regular guests at Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship meetings, and Joanna has spoken at Women’s Aglow and other women’s conferences at home and abroad. Joanna has also taken her singing ministry out onto the streets of Manchester’s busy city centre, giving people an opportunity to hear the message of the gospel in a way they can relate to. |
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
We want to demonstrate clearly that our God is worth serving, whatever the cost!
We are in ministry to serve; we are not in business to make profit. For this reason our resources are free, whether they be music albums or books. You may freely copy our material, and we are very happy for you to do so. We want to share our message in every way we can, and because we have this principle we do not feel that copyright is an option for our ministry.
This is not a day for Believers to compromise. We want to set an example by our lifestyle and actions, as well as by our words and teachings.
We strongly believe that the coming of our Lord draws near. The question is: will he find faith on the earth? According to James, faith is not believing, but acting upon one’s beliefs. We are committed to spreading, and elaborating on, the radical teachings of Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount in order to challenge the real Believers to stand up, be counted, and shine with the light of Christ in this dark age.
If we can prove by our lifestyle that our God is worth serving despite the circumstances
then our lives have been well spent.
